I love fresh green beans. They are healthy, and very easy to prepare. One of the simple ways that I like preparing green beans is to roast them in the oven. I like my Oven Roasted Green Beans with fresh garlic, and a drizzle of reduced balsamic vinegar.
You can choose to use the garlic and reduced balsamic, or just a simple salt and pepper if you wish. Whatever tickles your fancy. They are your green beans after all.

Oven Roasted Green Beans with Garlic
-1lb green beans washed and trimmed
-1 TB olive oil
-3 cloves garlic
-Sprinkle of seas salt and fresh cracked pepper
-Preheat the oven to 425 degrees
-Toss the beans in olive oil
-Place the beans in a single layer on a nonstick baking sheet
-Sprinkle with salt and pepper
-Bake 6 minute
-Sprinkle with thin sliced fresh garlic
-Bake another 4-6 min depending on the crispness you prefer
-Remove from oven
-Enjoy as is, or with a drizzle of reduced balsamic vinegar
