Dani Adairs Dressing:)

Cilantro Ginger Dressing
I CUT AND PASTED THIS EMAIL FROM DANIELLE:

This is a yummy dressing that I just love on salads :0) Mmmm. I came up with an estimate nutrient analysis:

Per Tbsp: 88 cal, 9 g Fat, 1.5 g. Sat fat

Next time I might try it with light mayo to hopefully decrease the bad fats without losing the flavor BUT the sesame oil adds some healthy fats in there too :0)

Cilantro Ginger Dressing

1C mayo
3T rice wine vinegar
4T sesame oil
4T soy sauce
2T brown sugar
3t white sugar
1t fresh ginger (I use from the glass jar)
1t sambal olek (I also add a few flakes of red chili peppers if I want to add more heat)
1/4C rough chopped cilantro (to taste)

Combine ingredients and mix well. Stays in fridge up to 2 weeks. Makes 1.5-2 cups
