Breakfast Fruit Salad

Breakfast Fruit Salad

Breakfast Fruit Salad

Ok this is so simple, and really no measurements....it really isn't too much of a "recipe" but I make it almost every morning to go with Dan's bacon, eggs, hotcakes, or whatever else he is having. You can eat it as is, or I usually snag a bit and put it in 1/3 cup oatmeal with a few pecans or almonds. Delish!

2 mandrine oranges - each segment cut in 3rds

1 large banana - cut length wise in quarters and then in small pieces

2 handfuls of strawberries - washed and cut in small pieces

Light and Fit yogurt of your choice...I usually use vanilla or strawberry - about a cup?

You can eat this as is, or I usually snag a bit b4 it gets to Dan's plate and mix it in with 1/3 cup prepared oatmeal with a few pecans or almonds. Delish! The fruit is good cold in cold yogurt....but it is a different good a lil warm cause it is mixed in with oatmeal....good either way:)
